Join the Council Webelos Woods is a two-part program that is designed to jump start your Webelos and Arrow of Light program. All sessions are held on Saturday so you can join us for the day or tent camp with your Den/Pack for the weekend. Activities are taught by experienced Scouters from local Scouting America Troops.

Please note if your Pack is camping you will need to bring your own tents and campsite cooking equipment. Meals are on your own, but we will have plenty of coffee in the dining hall for the adults.

WHEN:
September 25-27, 2026 - Camp gates open at 5 pm.
Registration deadline is September 11, 2026.  

COST:
$10 per Scout or adult
Registration fee includes registration, program materials event patch and optional tent camping site.  A $5/person late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the Council Service Center by September 11, 2026.

WHO MAY ATTEND:
Webelos, AOL Scouts, leaders and parents.  
Registration will be limited to the first 300 registrants.

Registration Note: You will need your Scouting America ID at time of registration. This is used to verify current registration in the Scouting America program. This can be found in my.scouting.org. For members of your Unit this can be found under the Roster in my.scouting.org or under the profile in Scoutbook Plus. IF you logged in and have access to your Unit Roster this will automatically fill in, if you use Auto Fill.
