Friday, March 20th - classes 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Saturday, March 21st - classes 8:00am - 4:00pm

There will be snacks and food available for purchase. Bring cash!

Registration Note: You will need your Scouting America ID at time of registration. This is used to verify current registration in the Scouting America program. This can be found in my.scouting.org. For members of your Unit this can be found under the Roster in my.scouting.org or under the profile in Scoutbook Plus. IF you logged in and have access to your Unit Roster this will automatically fill in, if you use Auto Fill.

You will also need rank and date of birth of all Scouts. Some merit badges are rank/age restricted.

Any prerequisites for a badge are listed in the course catalog. You will also be able to download a pre-req report under the reports tab after registration is completed.  If these requirements are not completed by the event, the Scout will have to be complete them at a later date with the Scouts Merit Badge Counselor.  Scouts are expected to be prepared with knowledge of all of the requirements for the badge as well as the contents of the merit badge book prior to the date of the event.  Scouts should be in Scout uniform and bring paper, pen or pencil. NOTE: Many merit badges were updated on January of 2025, as a result worksheet may not be accurate. You are responsible for the current requirements. Those can be found at the National Merit Badge site.

Once the event is completed, advancement is uploaded into the Scouts Scoutbook Plus account. The person creating the registration will get an email when this is complete. NOTE: This relies on the name and the ID where entered as it appears in their registration and in Scoutbook Plus. For example a Scout whose registered name is Rebecca, but goes by Becky, must be registered in this event as Rebecca. You will have access to Blue Cards and advancement reports under the report tab after the information has been entered.
