Order of the Arrow Lodge Leadership Development

You are probably asking what a Lodge Leadership Development Course (LLD) is, the LLD program is designed to be fun, but it also challenges participants mentally. The LLD program teaches lodge leaders how to plan and run successful lodge programs. It helps lodges develop lasting solutions and creative ideas.

Lodge elections will be happening at this event. If you are planning on running for office please complete the Annual Duties and Responsibilities Agreement form. It is part of the attachments and in the confirmation email.

The weekend is open to all those who are currently active in a leadership role and all of those who want to become more active in the lodge. This weekend is for youth and adults and we are staying in cabins for the weekend. OA troop Representatives are highly encouraged to attend as a part of their duties.
