Come join us for a fun-filled day at the Dansville Fish & Game Club Beach!
Games and activities for the whole family will be provided.
Please register no later than March 14th!

Who: Any Cub Scout, Parent, or Leader!

Packs should divide themselves into Dens of 8 – 10 scouts.

Two deep leadership is required!

Cost: No charge!

Do's & Don'ts

Do: If you want a lunch or snack. Please plan on bringing your own prior to arrival, food will not be provided.
Do: Bring 1 Adult per 10 boys. This is in addition to the requirement of two-deep leadership.
Don't: The use and/or possession of drugs, alcohol, fireworks or unauthorized firearms, is strictly forbidden. All scouting activities are also Tobacco Free.
Do: Abide by scouting’s Leave No Trace. Please leave wildlife and habitats alone. Pick up after yourself!
Do: A Drinking Cup! Help cut down on waste by bringing your own reusable cup.

Throughout the day, Coffee, Hot Cocoa & Water will be available.
To reduce costs, please bring your own drinking cups to use for the day.

Schedule

1:00 pm: Registration
1:15 pm: Opening Ceremonies
1:30 pm: Events Open
3:45 pm: Events close, closing ceremonies, help clean up

2024 Events will include inside and outside activities, please dress accordingly!

You will have a map/activity list to help you keep track of the activities you have done. We will assign units a starting point.

WHAT TO BRING:
*Lunch or Snack: If you are planning on having a snack after the event.
*Warm Clothing: Most activities are outdoors – Scouts should dress appropriately (i.e. no sneakers)
* Extra clothes – Scouts find a way to get wet.
*Adult Supervision: Each Pack should make sure it has enough adult supervision. Each Den needs to have at least one adult assigned to it. Packs must have a minimum of two adults (two deep leadership).
