OA LODGE BANQUET

Annual Patch Auction – Special Patches come out to play at our Annual Banquet. Bring your sense of adventure and your wallet. Cash, Credit, and most check’s accepted. We might just have exactly what you’re looking for.
 

Lodge Awards that could be presented – This is the place where an Arrowmen may be recognized with a Founder’s Award, A Red Arrow Award, a James E. West, or a special council award as well as other recognitions.

Registered members can be nominated for awards on an annual basis and must be reviewed by the Awards Committee prior to the event. Nominations are confidential, please encourage all eligible scouters to attend without discussing your belief that they will be receiving an award.

Who: Any Order of the Arrow Member or Guest or those interested in learning more.

What to Bring: Your friends, your family, your appetite, and any patches you would like to see in future auctions. Grandparents and extended family are welcome.

Where: Elmira Elks Lodge (Map and Address on the back)

When: Friday, January 3rd Event Registration starts at 5:00PM, Patch Auction starts at 5:10PM, Dinner is served at 6:00PM with awards to follow.

Why: This is a great opportunity to celebrate those members of Scouting’s Honor Society and all they have accomplished in 2019 and to kick off a great new program year!

Cost: $20.00 Per Person if registered by December 21st. Call (607) 731-9194 after to see if seating is available at $25.00 per person.

Menu: Roast Beef with Au Jus, Chicken Spiedies, Pasta Marinara, Pasta with Garlic Butter, and Salad. There is even Cake for dessert.
