Lodge Induction Experience (Service) Weekend

Induction into the Order of the Arrow begins with attending an Induction Weekend. The Order of the Arrow had developed a new Ordeal induction experience for new candidates and active members are encouraged to take part in this Lodge Induction Experience to fully understand the changes and how they will ultimately better the program and help with membership retention. Current members will fully experience the new ceremony and we will camp together and cheerfully provide service to the camp. The Ordeal experience is truly unique and unlike anything else in Scouting.
