Be prepared to demonstrate competency in any Swimming Merit Badge requirements. The merit badge counselor may review or retest requirements before signing off completion.

This is only for those who have earned a partial in Swimming Merit Badge.

You must enter what requirements you have already completed in Swimming Merit Badge. These can be found under the Scouts advancment in Scoutbook Plus. 

You will also need your (Scouts) member ID. This can be found in my.scouting or Scoutbook Plus under their profile.
