Registration: $10 per person, registration closes 9/23/26

Scouts BSA encouraged to come and help.

Where: Park Station, 2 West Beaver Pond, Erin, NY 

Camping available Beach Side Friday - Sunday, check in for camping starts at 6pm on Friday.

Pushmobile check in starts at 9am. Once the races finish there will be Adventure work for Cub Scouts : Fishing & Hiking

Registration Note: You will need your Scouting America ID at time of registration. This is used to verify current registration in the Scouting America program. This can be found in my.scouting.org. For members of your Unit this can be found under the Roster in my.scouting.org or under the profile in Scoutbook Plus. IF you logged in and have access to your Unit Roster this will automatically fill in, if you use Auto Fill.

REFUND POLICY

EVENT REGISTRATION FEES

Individuals/Groups that cancel their event registration 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a refund of the total registration fee less a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date.

CANCELLATION BY THE COUNCIL

If the Council or Scouting America or any agency that has contracted with the Council cancels an event, the Council will issue a full 100% refund (including any Deposit Money).
