Units must maintain the minimum two-deep leadership at all times and all leaders MUST both be Registered Leaders and be Safeguarding Youth certified. Each unit must have at least two adult leaders age 21 or over. As with any Scouting event if there are any female youth attending, there must be a registered female leader in attendance.
You are STRONGLY encouraged to use the Account Log-In and not register as a guest.
Log-In gives you the following:
- Access to the account (registration), even when you can't find the receipt
- Fill in the attendees names automatically by selecting off of the Unit Roster
- Historical record of past attendees
- Access to all of the reports available from the previous events (like advancement reports)
- The Council will upload all advancement to Scoutbook Plus for you (even out of Council Units as long as member ID and registered name are correct)
You are STRONGLY encouraged to create a registration for ONLY YOUR UNIT. Do NOT combine B & G or put Scouts from other Units.

- Ensures advancements uploads work
- Ensures proper billing
- Ensures Camperships are applied to the correct Scout
- Ensures the UNIT receives credit for attending Summer Camp
If you are going as guest with another Unit, you are STRONGLY encouraged to register as Provisional and list the Host Unit in the box provided.

SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES
For Cub Scout Resident Camp, Family Camp, and Scouts BSA Resident Camp registrations, the cancellation fee is based on 25% and the deposit, of the total event registration fee and not the amount of fees paid at the time of cancellation (Deposits are not Refundable).
Alternately fees paid for Cub Scout Resident Camp, Family Camp, and Scouts BSA Resident Camp may be transferred to another Scout or leader attending. No pro-rated fees will be given to Scouts wishing to attend a partial week of Cub Scout Resident Camp or Scouts BSA Resident Camp.
If a Scout or Scouter or any other registered individual is asked to leave camp for any reason no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date.
THE ONLY VALID REASON FOR A REFUND ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Illness of Camper that prevents attendance at summer camp (doctor's note required)
- Illness or death in the camper’s immediate family prevents attendance at camp.(documentation required)
- Family relocation making attending camp impractical.(documentation required)
- Mandatory attendance at summer school that is verifiable (documentation required)
DEPOSITS
Deposits are not refundable (Unit and Individual). Any cancellation, once the deposit has been sent to the Council, will be forfeited. Deposits may, however, be transferable to another participant that takes the entire slot for that event.
CANCELLATION BY THE COUNCIL
If the Council or National Boy Scouts of America or any agency that has contracted with the Council cancels an event, the Council will issue a full 100% refund (including any Deposit Money).
