Awards to Nominate someone for: (Due by March 15th to AJ Block) Form Submission

• Pioneer Award - This award is for any registered adult leader who has moved their Unit forward by using new and innovative ways and means.
• Sparkplug Award -This Award is for any registered Unit that has jumpstarted their Unit and made significant improvements in program, communication, and/or membership.
• Unit Service Award- This Award recognizes registered Scouters that do much of the behind the scenes work that keeps the Unit running. 
• Cub Scouter of the Year- This award is for any Cubmaster that has delivered a great program to the youth of the Pack, been vital in the growth of their membership, and/or has provided great leadership to the Unit throughout the year.
• Scoutmaster of the Year- This award is a tribute to the patience and dedication that Scoutmaster’s must have to be good at their job.  Nominate this person if they consistently deliver great program and mentoring to the youth that they serve. 
• Scouter of the Year- This award is for a very dedicated Scout Volunteer that has gone far beyond to help keep Scouting growing and flourishing in a Unit or District capacity. 
• Exploring Leader of the Year- This award is for a Unit Leader in the Exploring Program.  Please nominate someone that has helped the Exploring Program in our District.
• District Pack of the Year- This award is for the Pack that has shown they have the right stuff by providing great program, membership growth, leadership, and sustainability to their Pack.
• Commissioner of the Year- This award is for Unit Commissioners that have provided great leadership to the Units that they have served. 
• Distinguished Youth of the Year-This award is for those few Scouts in the program that stick out as a shining example of what Scouting is all about.  They should be proof that Scouting develops youth better than any other program in the world.
• Troop of the Year- This award should go to a Troop in the District that has provided a great program to Scouts.  This covers advancement, camping, and/or high adventure or cultural trips. 
• District Volunteer of the Year- This Award goes to a registered leader or non-registered Adult that has given of his/her time and energy to keep Scouting going in our Troops, Packs, or within Whitetail District. 
• Scouting Family of the Year- This award will be awarded to the family that Scouts together.  This family makes Scouting something that the whole family enjoys.  
• Mr. and Mrs. of the Year- This award is for that Husband and Wife that serve Scouting together.  They equally believe in the program and serve Scouting. 
• Camping Award- This award can go to any Pack, Troop, or Crew, that has put on a great Camping program for their Scouts over the past year. 
• District Award of Merit- This Award is the highest Award that can be earned in the Boy Scouts of America on the District level.
