Leave No Trace - Basics PLUS Course

Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve

Location: 93 Honorine Drive; Depew, NY 14043
Practical—March 28th, 2026, Saturday, 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM; at Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve.

This course will help youth and adults understand the Leave No Trace Seven Principles and how to apply them to minimize their impacts in different outdoor settings. 

• Open to Scouts BSA, Venturing & Sea Scouts youth and all Scouting America adult volunteers.
• Recommended for Scouts holding the Outdoor Ethics Guide position of responsibility, and any adults supporting the position, in their Troop/Crew/Ship. 
• Taught by certified Leave No Trace Level 2 instructors using a variety of hands-on activities and presentations. 

The cost is $5 per person if registered at gfcscouting.org by 03/16/2026.
