Commissioners are invited to join the Council Commissioner for this all-hands meeting of the Longhouse Council unit service team. Volunteers interested in joining the commissioner service team are also invited to attend.

The goals of the meeting are to:

• Provide an update on current commissioner service across the council and the realities we face supporting a large number of units with a small commissioner staff
• Talk more concretely about how we prioritize and focus commissioner effort to have the greatest impact on unit health
• Share thoughts on how we continue to strengthen commissioner coverage over time, including recruiting and developing new commissioners in a sustainable way
• Allow time for discussion, shared best practices, and alignment across districts
