Interested in weather?  How it works, how to predict it, what does the local Weather Person know what to say?  You now have your chance.  The Baden-Powell Council is partnering with the National Weather Service at the Binghamton Airport for scouts to earn the Weather Merit Badge on November 14 and 16.

Cost $25. Please pay online or at the Council Service Center prior to the event.

Please complete the following requirement before attending the class.  Bring proof from your family that you completed requirement 2.

2. Name five dangerous weather-related conditions. Give the safety rules for each when outdoors and explain the difference between a severe weather watch and a warning. Discuss the safety rules with your family.
