The Baden-Powell Council will be partnering with the Chenango Valley Amateur Radio Association to offer Scouts the Radio Merit Badge on February 15, 2020.  The cost will be $25 and the badge will be held at the Council Service Center from 10am to 1pm.  The class size will be limited to 20 scouts.
