The University of Scouting is for EVERYONE – leaders, parents, and Scouts BSA / Venturing / Sea Scout youth!

For those youth taking merit badge courses -- please click on the "Attachments" box for workbooks for each of the Merit Badges offered. Prerequisites will be updated in the catalog by February 15th!

Scouts who earn partials should work with their Unit Leader to identify a Merit Badge Counselor to complete any outstanding requirements.

Location: Tompkins Cortland Community College, Dryden, NY

There may be a limited number of spaces available for those wishing to register after the March 6, 2025 deadline has passed.  If you wish to register after the deadline date, please contact Larry Blumberg at lblumberg@stny.rr.com to verify space availability.  You will need to bring your own bag lunch.
