2022 Barton Cub Adventure Weekend Spring

Where: Camp Barton
Cub Scouts of all ranks are invited to this weekend day-camp with their parents/guardians and family. Come and see what Camp Barton has to offer, experience the great outdoors and of course have fun! Activities may include; archery, BB shooting, wall climbing, games, challenges and many more surprises. Registration starts at 8:15 am, the event officially opens at 8:45 am. The official program will conclude with a camp-fire after dinner, but Packs (or families if your Pack is not attending) may camp overnight. Please note that intention on the registration. A BALOO-trained leader will be present on-site for the overnight portion. Final details will be sent out the week before the event.
Cost will be $25 per per Cub Scout youth, $15 per non-Scout youth, $15 for adults and $5 for siblings aged 2-4) and includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. Packs are encouraged provide breakfast and have time for Pack fellowship.
Registration is by Pack and is due by Saturday 23th April. Spots are limited so sign up quickly! Medical Forms with Parts A & B filled out are required for all participants (including all adults and family members) and should be held by a unit representative and available at the event (further details about registration will be sent to unit leaders in the week before the event).
ALL FOOD ALLERGIES SHOULD BE NOTED ALONG WITH REGISTRATIONS.
Although not a part of the event, Packs (or families if your Pack is not attending) may camp overnight by contacting the Camping Coordinator at the Council office at 607-648-7888 x113. If your unit does not have a BALOO-trained leader, we will find a suitable volunteer to assist your Pack with its readiness for the overnight. A BALOO-trained leader will be present on-site overnight.
