Things that Roll!

When: May 4th, 2024

Where: Camp Barton, 9640 South Frontenac Rd, Trumansburg, NY 14886

Camp Barton Cub Adventure Weekend will be Things that Roll! There will be a day full of fun adventures for Cub Scouts including archery, BB shooting, wall climbing, games including "Things that Roll", STEM-based projects, den challenges and more!  Check-in starts at 8.15 am, the program begins promptly at 8:45 am and will end after campfire. 

Registration cost will be: 

$ 30 – 1 Cub Scout-aged youth, to include a patch

$ 15 – 1 Adult 

Youth 4 and under are free

The registration fee includes lunch and dinner on Saturday.  If you are a registered adult leader willing to lead a den for the day, or a Scout who would like to volunteer for the day, you could come for free! Please contact CAPS@TCScouts.org and pre-arrange this option before registering for free.

Although not a part of the event, we encourage Packs to overnight camp with your own equipment.  Packs  may camp overnight by contacting CAPS@TCScouts.org. If your unit does not have a BALOO-trained leader, we will find a suitable volunteer to assist your Pack with its readiness for the overnight. A BALOO-trained leader will be present on-site overnight. Packs are encouraged to provide breakfast and have time for Pack fellowship.  

Registration is due by Wednesday 24th April. Spots are limited so sign up quickly! Medical Forms with Parts A & B filled out are required for all participants (including all adults and family members) and should be held by a unit representative and available at the event (further details about registration will be sent to unit leaders in the week before the event).

ALL FOOD ALLERGIES SHOULD BE NOTED ALONG WITH REGISTRATIONS.
