Scouts BSA Position-Specific Training is for all:

• Scoutmasters / Assistant Scoutmasters
• Troop Committee members
• Merit Badge Counselors

Multiple Sessions Available:

• Saturday, September 23rd
  • 9:00am-1:00pm at Whitney Point Library (please arrive 8:45 am for sign-in)
• Saturday, November 11th
  • 9:00am-1:00pm Baden-Powell Service Center (please arrive 8:45 am for sign-in)

Note: Course is free but you must register in advance. Late registrants must contact Course Director for approval to attend

Note- In order for Scoutmasters / Assistant Scoutmasters to be considered fully trained, National BSA also requires the completion of  two additional training courses:

1) Hazardous Weather Training, this can be found online at my.scouting.org

2) IOLS (Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills), a weekend course held each spring and fall
