Welcome to Camp Wakpominee, a 1,000+ acre Adirondack Mountain wilderness area of beautiful Washington County, NY.  The camp has operated for more than 100 years and celebrated this anniversary in 2020.  Camp Walpominee is owned and operated by the Twin Rivers Council, and will be offering one week of Scout Resident Camp in 2027.  In addition to Scout and Cub Resident camps, the camp offers year round cabin and campsite rentals.  We also have opportunities for outside groups to utilize the camp through rental and program area interest.

Financial Aid:  All families needing financial assistance are encouraged to apply for camp assistance here:  https://trcscouting.org/forms/    All applications must be received no later than April 1, 2027 in order to be considered for a summer camp allowance in 2027.  

TRC Multi Week Attendance Discounts:  Any Scout who wants to attend a second week of summer camp or attending WAK Treks in 2027 would qualify for a significant second week discount.  Please check the website for additional information on this program.
