Join us for the Twin Rivers Council Program Planning Meeting, where District Key 3 leaders and event chairs from across the council will come together to coordinate, schedule, and align Scouting events for the upcoming program years.

Our current TRC Google Event Calendar is set through December 2026, and this meeting’s goal is to extend planning through the end of 2027 and ideally Spring 2028. This collaborative session allows everyone to discuss and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time, ensuring a well-balanced and engaging program calendar for our Scouts and volunteers.

• District Key 3 leadership (District Chair, Commissioner, and Executive)
• Council and District Event Chairs
• Council Committee Members involved in Program, Advancement & Recognition, Camping & Outdoors, Training, Summer Camp, or Activities
