Scouts BSA Participants and Adult Participants register in the appropriate category (in-council or out of council) to secure your place in the competition. For Webelos, Arrow of Light, and Cub Scouts (and their adults) only there are red registration options that do not have a cost. If you are competing you must register as a participant and pay the fee.
