Personal Management at Arrow Bank

A Scout is thrifty.
As you grow into adulthood, having confidence in dealing with money is a critical life skill — one you are not guaranteed to learn in school or anywhere else.
Arrow Bank has invited Scouts to attend a morning of mini-seminars with its financial experts, covering topics such as household budgeting, saving, investing, insurance, loans, and more.
In doing so, Scouts can earn a partial in Personal Management Merit Badge (specifically requirements 3G, 4, 5, 6, 7A, 7B, and possibly more). We will have a merit badge couselor on site who will work with the Arrow team.
Scouts will also get a tour of the main branch in Glens Falls, including the vault!
Tuesday July 21, 9am-1pm.
Space is limited. Depending on interest and schedules, an afternoon activity in Glens Falls might also be arranged.
This event is free.
Please bring with you the attached Personal Management Workbook. Please complete as many sections beforehand as possible, and our counselor will review the progress of each Scout's partial completion. Follow-up meetings with the counselor can be arranged to complete the badge.
Requirements are available here: https://www.scouting.org/merit-badges/personal-management
