Yankee Doodle Hathaway's Drive-In Camporee

Camp out overnight at Hathaway's Drive-In! Bring the whole Pack, Troop, and family to enjoy a night of PG movies.

The concession stand will be open with dinner and snack options available for purchase.

Admission begins at 3:00 PM for tent setup, with movies beginning around 7:00–7:30 PM.

Please plan to use your vehicle’s FM radio or bring a portable FM radio for movie audio. We are exploring additional speaker options, but attendees should come prepared to receive the movie audio through FM.

Remember to follow Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT) guidelines — two registered unit leaders must be present with every Pack and Troop.

A $5 late fee will be added to registrations after September 20.

Concessions & Online Ordering

The online ordering portal is now open! Grab-and-go items will be available throughout the event, but hot foods take time to prepare. Ordering online ahead of time will help Hathaway's staff prepare multiple orders together and have them ready when you arrive.

Online ordering will close at 12:00 noon on Friday, September 25, 2026. Hathaway's needs at least 24 hours to make sure enough inventory is available for the event.

Guests will still be able to order food in person before and during the event, but those who do not order online ahead of time may experience longer wait times.

Important: During the "Checking Out" section of your online order, there is a space to leave a message or special instructions. Please write:

"Scouting Event on 9/26/2026"

This will allow Hathaway's staff to separate Camporee orders from orders placed by the general public.
