The Watchung Mountain District’s annual Klondike Derby will be held on Saturday January 29, 2022 February 26, 2022.  On that date, the Watchung Reservation will be transformed into the Yukon region of Canada and Alaska.  Scout patrols will drag Klondike sledges over predetermined routes, demonstrating their Scouting skills at towns along the way.  The Klondike Derby is made possible through the efforts of Scouters who devote considerable time and effort to organize and operate the Klondike.
