We are running a “Special Edition” of the Raritan Valley District Klondike in 2021. The Scouts BSA Klondike is traditionally an outdoor competition where scouts pull Klondike “dog sleds” to locations around the course where they display various outdoor scout skills.  This year, the event will be focused on demonstrating their skills in camp setup and core scouting skills in a mock camping scenario.

We are asking Webelos to coordinate with a local Troop. The Webelos will participate in all activities along with the scouts from your Troop. The older scouts will use this as a teaching opportunity (EDGE method) to help the Webelos learn scout skills and about how the Scouts BSA scout led program operates.  

Cost is $5 per Scout, adult leaders are free. Troops/Patrols/Dens must be single gender, Patrols from the same Troop will be placed in the same campsites up to the maximum of 25 individuals.
