NYLT Staff Development Sessions

Congratulations! You have been selected to serve on the 2026 National Youth Leadership Training course staff.

You have either proven yourself as a staff member who can continue to build on your leadership skills and continue to train future leaders, or you have shown promise while you attended NYLT and went through a rigorous interview process demonstrating what you have learned, your presentation and problem solving skills, as well as enthusiasm during an interview.

As a member of the 2026 NYLT Staff you must attend all staff developments, and staff one course. You may serve on more than one course as our needs dictate. Staff development times are preliminary and are subject to change. Single day developments are held at the Patriots’ Path Council Service Center, weekends are held at Winnebago Scout Reservation.

Staff development dates and times are as follows:

January 17      8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (PPC Council Service Center)

February 21     8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (PPC Council Service Center)

March 13-15      Friday 6:00 PM - Sunday 2:00 PM (WSR South End)
                                   Friday night until midday Sunday

April 18      8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (PPC Council Service Center)

May 15-17     Friday 6:00 PM - Sunday 2:00 PM (WSR South End)
                               Friday night until midday Sunday
