Winnebago Scout Reservation
Rockaway, NJ 
June 9 - 11, 2023 

Arrive Friday, June 9 at 6 p.m. for check-in/registration Winnebago Scout Reservation. Check-in will be in front of the camp office.  Park your car and follow directions to registration.

Units arriving Saturday morning, June 10, you may check in beginning 7 a.m. Check in ends at 9:00 a.m.  Head to you campsite and set up camp.  Opening ceremony is at 10:30 a.m. 

Leave June 11 by 11 a.m.

Fee is $15 for Scouts, siblings, and adults. Siblings under 5 are admitted free.
Online registration and payment are required. No walk ins will be allowed. 
Registration closes Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. and is restricted to 650 Scouts, adults, and siblings so don’t wait until the last moment to register. No additional registrations can be added after this date, and there will be no walk ins.

• Fishing Derby – must register for prizes
• Knot Tying Station
• First Aid Training Station
• Staff Led Hikes
• Event Campfire
• STEM Station
• Flag Etiquette Station
• Whittling Chip Station

Overnight pack camping available for Friday or Saturday only or both nights. Day visitors are allowed but must register as such.  Packs are responsible for their own meals for the weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: Packs must bring copies of BSA Medical forms for every attendee (Scouts/adults/siblings). All participants must have Medical parts A and B. Medicals will be retained by the unit for safekeeping. BSA Medical forms are attached to the registration home page.

$15 per person to attend
Children under 5 are free

Online registration is required. One person should register all attendees from their pack. Sorry, we cannot accomodate walk-ins.

**No meals will be provided.  Packs and families must bring their own.**
