2022 Black River Klondike Derby at Mount Allamuchy Scout Reservation, Camp Somers

Annual winter outdoor Scout Skill Competition

Date: Saturday, January 29, 2022: Day-only event with option to camp Friday and Saturday nights

Time: 7 a.m. check in at Camp Somers Dining Hall

Location: Mount Allamuchy Scout Reservation, Camp Somers, 750 Waterloo Road, Stanhope, N.J. 07874

Registration closes Sunday, January 23, 2022,  at 11:59 p.m. 

$15 per person for youths and adults

Units that plan to camp Friday and/or Saturday night must contact Desiree Suffy in the camping department to make their site reservation. Desiree.suffy@scouting.org, (973) 765-9322, ext. 261.

There is no extra fee to camp, however, it is NOT part of the Klondike event.  Units camp on their own, and will check in at the campmasters office.
