We heard you and have added a second NYLT CDC for those who couldn’t make it in October. This course is suitable to both Course Directors/Scoutmasters and their SPL/s & ASPL’s who are looking for a deeper understanding of the NYLT program. Unlike our 5-track program at our October CDC, our April CDC follows the ‘basic track’ program delivered in October which covers all Nationally required syllabus topics and so much more.

Come and  join us on a journey through the delivery of a successful NYLT program. Your journey will be guided by experienced Youth (NYLT SPL’s) and Adult NYLT staff (Course Directors/Scoutmasters) with many successful NYLT courses under their belts and many tips to share. We will be discussing both week-long and weekend courses.  While we will cover the what of the program contained in the NYLT Syllabus our focus is giving you the nuts and bolts of the HOW and the WHY of NYLT. This will include suggestions to enhance your program and what not to do lessons learned the hard way.

This is a fast paced day which is information packed designed to give you the tools you need to be outrageously successful. After all, anything less would a waste of both your time and ours.
