If you are signing up after Jan 1, 2025 - it is subject to availability with the Section allotment.

Conclave is an opportunity for lodges in the same section to come together for a gathering of training, fellowship and fun.  The next conclave will occur in Puerto Rico hosted by Yokahu Lodge.  

The budget will comprise of two parts:

• All travel via plane, local transportation and touring in Puerto Rico, and lodging/food will be arranged by the section.  Pricing TBD
• Locally, our lodge may order some program supplies, contingent wide items like shirts, or build in food at the airports.

All individuals must be in good standing within Woapalanne Lodge for participation.

*Tentative Travel Arrangements:

August 6 - August 8 - Travel to Puerto Rico and tour

August 8 - August 10 - Conclave Event

August 10 - Travel home

Includes:

• Conclave Event Fee
• Transportation (additional fees if higher than budgeted)
• Touring attractions

Youth Protection in the Order of the Arrow

For Youth Protection purposes, youth members are defined as those under 18 years of age, while anyone 18 years or older is treated as an adult.  All individuals 18 and over will be sharing overnight accommodations with others at least 18 and above with the same gender.  Youth Protection policies for under 18 will also be followed.  More OA YPT policies can be found at: https://oa-bsa.org/about/membership/youth-protection-policies
