2017 Camp Staff
Event Details
The Patriots' Path Council, Boy Scouts of America, employs over 250 people every summer at our three Boy Scout and two Cub Scout camp facilities. All CITs must be at least 14 by June 1, and camp staff must be 15.
Cub Scout Camps
Camp Wheeler is located in Stanhope, New Jersey. The camp operates from late June to early August. The participants are 7 to 10 year old boys. Free bus transportation is provided for day camp staff.
Watchung Cub Scout Day Camp is located in Mountainside, New Jersey. The camp operates from late June to early August. The participants are 7 to 10 year old boys. Free bus transportation is provided for day camp staff.
Boy Scout Resident Camps
Camp Somers is located in Stanhope, New Jersey. Room and board is provided for staff. The participants are 11 to 17 years old.
Winnebago Scout Reservation is in Rockaway, New Jersey. Room and board is provided for staff. The participants are 11 to 17 years old.
Sabattis Adventure Camp is in Long Lake, New York. Room and board is provided for staff. The participants are 11 to 17 years old.
Applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital or veteran status or the presence of a health problem or handicap that is unrelated to the person's ability to perform the job assigned. The camp directors will contact applicants for an interview. Registration with the Boy Scouts of America will be required upon employment.
