Conference Fee: $40 per person

 

Join the Patriots’ Path Council for the opportunity to learn and analyze your council properties. Led by experienced instructors, this conference will cover strategies and tactics on how best to utilize properties to achieve Council goals. Learn to recognize opportunities to increase facility productivity, investigate marketing plans to increase effectiveness, review budgeting to help track finances, and analyze facility environmental impact to ensure environmental sustainability.

 

Presenter John Stewart – In 1997 John was hired by the BSA as a Consulting Engineer with the Outdoor Programs and Properties Division at the National Headquarters in Irving, TX. He Currently travels throughout the United States providing advice, guidance and business analysis to Councils on a broad range of property management and development issues. John is the original author and course director for “The Properties Course” which is now called “Facilities Management” and “Strategic Analysis”, and are offered on alternating years at the Philmont Training Center.
