Join NNJC and Liberty Science Center for awesome STEM Adventures this year!

For Cub Scouts: At the Cub STEM Adventure Day, Scouts will work on rank adventures that explore STEM themes through hands on experiment swith trained STEM professionals! Each Adventure comes with a movie in the planetarium and gneeral admission to the center! Parents & Siblings can purchase a general admission ticket at the reduced price below in order to enjoy the center while your Scout is in their session and join them for the movie! 

Pricing & Sessions:

Scouts: $45 per session/adventure

Siblings & Adult Chaperones: $25 general admission

PROGRAM OPTIONS (Note: ONLY ONE adventure can be taken PER session):

MORNING SESSION : 10:30AM TO 12:00PM

1. Tigers & Wolves: Digging into the Past

The world of dinosaurs is both scientific and imaginative. In this program, scouts will explore how we know so much about dinosaurs and design their own.

2. Bears: Forensics

Become a forensic scientist as we investigate clues, learn new investigative techniques, and solve a case.

3. WEBELOS & Arrow of Light: Game Design

Become a game developer for a STEM based game, teach others how to play your game, and improve it.

Planetarium show: 12:40pm 

AFTERNOON SESSION:  1:30 PM TO 3:00 PM

Minerals and Rocks the building blocks of geology. Scouts will explore how minerals and rocks are formed and used to make buildings.

Sessions are limited to 25 Scouts in each class.

DROP OFF IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BEARS, WEBELOS, AND ARROW OF LIGHT. WE ASK THAT A PARENT/GUARDIAN ATTEND WITH YOUR TIGER OR WOLF SCOUT.
