Canoeing MB and Paddle Craft Safety.

Event Details

The Scouting America New Hampshire Aquatics committee brings you "Canoeing merit badge" and "Paddle Craft Safety" May 17th from 8AM to 5PM.  This is being done in conjunction with Skull Island Camporee May 30th to June 1st.  Attending camporee is not mandatory to attend this event. 

Prerequisites for both events:

Must be classified as a swimmer in order to participate (pass the swimmers test in the past 12 months).

Canoeing Merit badge (no age requirement):

Please familiarize yourselfs with requirements 1a, 1b, and 1c.

Paddle Craft Safety (Must be at least 15 to participate):

Bring proof that you have completed the online Safety Afloat training within the past 2 years.

Cost:  $10.

Things to bring:

Snacks, lunch, water bottle.

Scouting America med form part A and B.

Proof of having passed the swimmers test in the past 12 months.

Dress for the weather and be prepared to get wet.
