Open to both new members and experienced youth and adult leaders, ASCENT focuses on building practical skills through hands-on learning. Participants develop strengths in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and planning—skills that directly support successful lodge operations and carry far beyond Scouting.

At ASCENT, you’ll:

Work with other motivated Arrowmen in fast-paced, team-based challenges

Build confidence in communication, teamwork, planning, and problem-solving

Practice servant leadership in youth-led sessions designed to push you to grow

Learn skills that help your lodge succeed—and help you succeed in school, work, and life

Learn life skills that prepare you for the real world—practical skills you can actually use every day.

When:  April 11, 2026   Check in begins at 9:00 in the Dining Hall

Events begin at 9:30 am

Departure is 5:00pm

All participants must register prior to the event to be able to participate.
