Okpik Snowbirds is open to all youth 12+.  
Okpik Adventurers is open to all youth 14+ or youth who have previously completed the Snowbirds program.
Okpik Explorers is open to all youth 14+ who have previously completed the Adventurers program. 
Maximum participant age is 20; no participant may turn 21 during the program weekend.
