On Saturday, August 9th, 2025, volunteers from across the Council will meet to continue the Council's improved program planning and resource reservation process.  We are asking that all Districts, Council Committees, training teams, Lodge leaders, Camp staff, and anyone planning to coordinate a Council or District level event in 2026 send an empowered representative(s) to ensure all stakeholders are informed and educated on the new processes.  Additionally, as a group, we will improve upon the draft of the Council program calendar for 2026.  As we proceed, we will review the event dates and locations to avoid overlap and resource constrictions.  This meeting will also review new guidelines that have been developed to address Council resource allocation.
