No Registration Needed

The Nevada Area Council Program Kickoff is for all Registered Adult Leaders, as well as Scouts who are members of their Troop's Patrol Leaders' Council.  This event takes the place of the Sierra Nevada/Great Basin, and Zephyr Roundtables for the month of May,  The Program Kickoff is designed to:

• Roll out the next 12 to 18 months of Council and District events to support your unit operations.
• Provide training and tools for your unit to plan an "ideal year of Scouting" over the next couple of months.
• Provide training and tools for your unit to plan a budget that will pay for your "ideal year of Scouting".
• Provide information to allow your unit to have a great recruitment effort in the Fall.

Notes:

• Cub Scout and Scouts BSA breakouts will be offered.
• Tools offered will include a unified Council Calendar, and "fill in the blank"  unit budget and program planning tools.
• It is our hope, that with this process of coordinating our efforts, that the Council, Districts, and all Units will be pulling together for the next 12 to 18 months.   
• Additionally, we hope to hit the Fall recruiting season with the kind of well organized, fun, and exciting unit program calendars that make any parent want to sign their child up to be a Scout.
• For units unable to attend due to distance, your District Executive will offer a customized Zoom session to bring you up to speed before the end of May.
