Save the Date

The Nevada Area Council provides parking in a private lot near the Air Races for a fee. In 2024 they are planning a Blue Angels/Canadian Snowbirds appearance.

Help park the cars to help us raise money for our Scoutreach program! The Scoutreach program covers registration fees, offered scholarships to camp and provides additional staff support for youth that can’t afford Scouting.  We need 8 Adult volunteers to help per day from October 3rd - 6th . Only older Scouts and their parents can volunteer.

Thursday, October 3:   (Set Up Work)                                  9am-5pm

Friday October 4:          (Set Up and Parking)                      Noon-7pm

Saturday October 5:      (Parking)                                           7am – 1pm

Sunday October 6:         (Parking & Tear Down)                  7am – 2pm

Please wear your Scout uniform so you can represent Scouting. Lunch will be provided to all who come to help.
