Cub Scout and Scouts BSA Leaders have the opportunity to join for fun and frivolity and lots of learning during this annual Training Extravaganza! Learn tips and tricks from experienced Scouters while you meet other leaders who are actively involved with dens, packs, and troops. So many fun and useful topics will be included! 

There are some great new features this year, including dividing out individual sessions for leaders to customize their schedule for the day. Especially great is that every hour features opportunities for "Roundtable Q&A and Trading Post Time." This will provide great opportunities to sit down and ask questions about anything you might be wondering about... There's no such thing as a silly question! An experienced Scouter will be available during each session to help facilitate the discussions, and the Trading Post will also be open for business to pick up resources to support your program. Possible topics you might want to talk about...dealing with gaps in age or rank, lack of parent involvement, ScoutbookPlus, fundraising, Cubmaster/Scoutmaster Minutes, ceremonies, what are BALOO and IOLS and why are they needed, why is Wood Badge such an amazing program, leader training knots, online resources to help make leading a den, pack, troop, crew, or ship easier...

This event is part of the Cub Scout College and the Scouts BSA College of University of Scouting and fulfills training requirements for earning Leader Knots.
