Join us for the once in a lifetime celebration of our the United States' 250th BIrthday by participating in Reno's 4th of July Parade!
We will be walking or riding along 4th street from Vine street to University Way. Staging at this time is at Gold Dust West Parking lot.
Scouts and leaders wear your uniforms. Families that want to walk alongside, please wear your scout shirts or patriotic clothing. Bring your unit flags and plenty of scout spirit.
This is a unique opportunity for scouts to represent Scouting in front of thousands of community members, celebrate our nation's 250th anniversary, demonstrate citizenship, patriotism, and community service. March alongside veterans, community orgainzations, bands, and civic groups.
Please let us know by July 1st if your unit plans to participate so we can coordinate a strong scouting presence for this historic 250th celebration (semiquincentennial).
