The University of Nebraska at Omaha Education Exploring Post gives students an inside look at college pathways and careers in education. Participants will explore what it’s like to major in education, learn about different teaching and support roles in schools, and engage with UNO faculty, staff, and current students.

During this oncampus experience, students will:

• Learn about education majors and career options within the field
• Participate in handson activities related to teaching and learning
• Hear about college preparation, admissions, and student life at UNO
• Tour academic spaces where future educators study and train

This experience is ideal for students who are curious about teaching, education leadership, or working with children and youth. The program is designed to be interactive, informative, and focused on helping students picture themselves as future college students and professionals in education.
