Interested in a career in Welding? Want to learn the skills necessary for a career where there are more jobs than there a people to fill those positions?  Valmont Industries teaches students the skills needed to earn a starting wage of $16-$18 an hour with full benefits, right here in Columbus, without any college education. Through hands-on experience and classroom instruction participants will receive training in GMAW-C welding, basic weld inspection, the proper procedures to do the work safely, understanding the benefits Valmont offers, how to properly use the tools needed in the welding industry, the soft skills needed for a successful job interview, and build a project with your own hands that you can take home with you.
