Membership in the Boy Scouts of America is for a period of one year, and each year we go through a process to renew the membership of not only the unit (Pack, Troop, Crew or Ship) with the Chartered Organization, but also each youth member and adult leader. This process is called rechartering.

(THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR UNITS ONLY - NOT INDIVIDUALS)

Please ensure that you complete the UNIT RENEWAL found in Organizaiton Manager at www.my.scouting.org.

In order to renew your youth and adult members, you will need to create an account on this site, Scouting Event, if you do not already have one.

A NOTE ON THE MEMBERSHIP INVENTORIES SUBMITTED:

• You may have Scouts who still show up on your roster that you asked to have us remove.
• If they are paid through the end of the year, we were unable to remove them unitl the beginning of the year.
• Just do not add them to your renewal.
• If you submitted a membership inventory and have Scouts to drop, we have that list of names and will make sure they are not included in your renewed Scouts for 2026.
