2022 Popcorn Ball

Any Scout that sells at least $1,250 in popcorn in 2022 qualifies to attend one of our popcorn ball events listed below with an adult guest. 

The registration deadline is November 18, 2022.  No late registrations will be accepted.  A separate registration must be completed for each qualifying Scout.

Attire: will be Scouting t-shirts or Class A.

Sioux City Popcorn Ball

When:  Saturday, December 10th, 2022

•  Check-in: There will be no check in. Tickets will need to be picked up or mailed in advance. 
•  Game time - 6:05PM

Where:  Tyson Events Center, 401 Gordon Dr. Sioux City, IA 51101

Cost:  The event is FREE for the qualifying Scout and one (1) guest and includes recognition program during the game, game tickets, autograph session after the game, and a medal for the qualifying Scout. Those scouts who sold $2000 and above will get all of the items listed above, a t-shirt, and a $15 Scout Shop Gift Card. There will be additional tickets available for purchase. These will be limited to 3 per family for the time being. 

Omaha Popcorn Ball

When:  Saturday, December 17th, 2022

•  Check-in: There will be no check in. Tickets will need to be picked up or mailed in advance. 
•  Game time - 6:05PM

Where:  Liberty First Credit Union Arena, 7300 Q Street, Omaha, NE 68127

Cost:  The event is FREE for the qualifying Scout and one (1) guest and includes recognition program during the game, game tickets, free skate after the game, and a medal for the qualifying Scout. Those scouts who sold $2000 and above will get all of the items listed above, a t-shirt, and a $15 Scout Shop Gift Card. There will be additional tickets available for purchase. These will be limited to 3 per family for the time being. Anyone 3 or under does not need a ticket, but they will need to sit on a lap. For a seat of their own, they will need to purchase. 

Free Skate: After the game, there will be a free skate for 45 minutes. Everyone attending the game is welcome to attend. Skate rental is included. 

Unable to Attend Popcorn Ball

If Scouts are unable to attend either match, they will receive the medals/t-shirts (as applicable) and a $25 Scout Shop Gift Card. To receive these items, you must still register under the "Unable to Attend" option.  These items will be mailed in December/January and we will notify you of when they go out.

These events are for Scouts who sold $1,250 or more individually in popcorn for the 2022 sales.  These totals will be verified in the Trail's End system. No combining of sales are allowed.
