2025 Popcorn Ball

Any Scout that sells at least $1,500 in popcorn in 2025 qualifies to attend our popcorn ball with three guests! There are no paper tickets this year, all tickets will be digital. The number associated with the registration contact will be who receives the text with your tickets.

The registration deadline is December 15th, 2025.  No late registrations will be accepted.  A separate registration must be completed for each qualifying Scout.

Attire: will be Scouting t-shirts or Class A.

When:  Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at 1PM

•  Check-in: There are no paper tickets this year, all tickets are digital so no need to pick up a packet or check in.
•  Game time - 1:00PM

Where:  Baxter Arena, 2425 S. 67th St., Omaha, NE 68182

Cost:  The event is FREE for the qualifying Scout and three (3) guests.

Unable to Attend Popcorn Ball

If Scouts are unable to attend, they will receive a $20 DIGITAL Scout Shop Gift Card. To receive these items, you must still register under the "Unable to Attend" option.  These digital gift cards will be created by January 9th. You will be able to use them by calling or coming into a Scout Shop and they can be used on Scout Shop items or MAC Events. 

This event is for Scouts who sold $1,500 or more individually in popcorn for the 2025 sales.  These totals will be verified in the Trail's End system. No combining of sales are allowed.
