PLS Scout-O-Rama and

Pinewood Derby

When:  March 18, 2017 from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Where:  Central Community College

Cost:  $25 for Scout-O-Rama event including Pinewood Derby; $5 for Pinewood Derby Only

*Scouts can bring a sack lunch or food will be available for purchase.

Scout-O-Rama is back and bigger than ever! Scouts will begin the day with a knife safety session and get to make their very own popsicle stick knife! Scouts spend the morning rotating through five AMAZING and fun sessions including soap carving, making a terrarium from a soda bottle, making armpit fudge, having fun with marbles, and making a foosball table from a shoebox!
Tiger Cubs complete "Bites 6" achievement, Wolf Cubs complete "Into the Wild 2" and "Code of the Wolf 1C" achievements. Bear Cubs complete "Picnic Basket 3" achievement. Webelo Scouts complete "Into the Wild 2" and Elective Family 4C" achievements. All applicable Scouts participating earn the Whittling Chip as well! There are also lots of fun group activities in the gym!
After lunch, is the PLS District Pinewood Derby. Make sure your car is ready to race!
