NRA Muzzleloading Basic & Instructor Training

$130 per participant

This is an NRA Coop Muzzleloader Instructor Course sponsored by the Mid-America Council and is limited to those adults 18 years or older. Upon successfully completing this course, all adults over 21 will be certified as Coop Muzzleloader Instructors and those between 18 and 21 will be certified as Coop Assistant Instructors.  This course will be limited to Muzzleloading Rifles only and will include Basic Instructor Training (BIT) during the course of the weekend.  It will NOT cover Muzzleloading Pistols or Shotguns. The cost of the course is $130 and includes food, housing, and the cost of registration with the NRA.  In order to conduct this course, we must have no less that 4 students with a limit of 15. All guns and ammunition will be provided. Eye and ear protection will be provided, but participants can bring their own if desired.
