Jubilee 2022

Jubilee is Scouting at its best!  Join the Mid-America Council, Cornhusker Council, and Overland Trails Council in this showcase event.  Program features will be available for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturers.  Confirmed program features, entertainment, and partners will be posted here.  Also watch for an event page on Facebook soon.

When:  Friday, October 7 - Sunday, October 9

Where:  Eugene T. Mahoney State Park, Ashland, NE

Cost:  

• $25.00 per participant (youth or adult) If registered and paid by July 31st at midnight
• $30.00 per participant (youth or adult) if registering and paying between August 1 & September 11 at midnight
• $35.00 per participant (youth or adult) if registereing and paying after September 11th
• Includes:  camping on Jubilee Hill, all program features, concerts, fireworks shows
• Does not include (can be added during registration online):  state park cabins, lodge rooms, RV/Camper pads, vehicle passes, meal tickets

Packets with your registration information, wrist bands, meal vouchers, passes, etc can be picked up at the Durham Scout Center between September 13th & October 5th, Or they can be mailed directly to registrants if registered and paid by midnight on September 11th.  

Those registering after September 11th will need to pick up your packet at the Durham Scout Center after September 13th between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. OR upon check-in at Mahoney State Park.

To register, please select the type of accommodations you or your group would like for the Jubilee to begin the registration process (click here to review the descriptions of accommodations available).  If you would like to select multiple types of accommodations, you will need to create a registration for each type (ie cabins, lodge rooms, campsites, Jubilee Hill, etc).  Once you click register next to your accommodation type, you will see additional information and instructions to help you through the process.

All attendess registered before September 11th are guaranteed a patch. 

Any need for a refund will be processed through the standard Mid-America Council Refund Request Policy.
