Contingent Cook-Out & Interest Meeting

Intended Audience:
For those Scouts and adults who will represent the Mid-America Council next summer at the Summit Bechtel Reserve for the 2017 National Scout Jamboree and those Scouts and adults looking to learn a little more about the planned trip, meet the current adult leadership, and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy some fellowship with their Jamboree troop (and the contingent as a whole), use the Camp Cedars swimming pool, eat good food, and participate in some other program activities!

For those not yet registered to attend the Jamboree, a meeting will be conducted at 1:30 PM that will highlight the contingent experience and all the pertinent details.

RSVPs will be used for food and activity planning purposes.

To Bring:
closed-toed footwear (needed for some of the activities)
bathing suit & towel
buddy tag from summer camp (or other indication of swim classification)
comfortable camping chair
